The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the The Whitlock Group website, www.twgins.net, including but not limited to webinar and other event registrations, newsletter registrations, and requests for information on The Whitlock Group‘s products and services. The types of information we collect may include, but are not limited to, names (individual and business names), physical/mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.

The Way We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information you provide about yourself or your business through our website and during in-person meetings and other forms of communication to contact you regarding the specific reason you submitted your information, such as to provide you with an insurance quote, to send you our newsletter, to respond to your request for additional information on our products and services, and to send the necessary follow up communication after we meet with you. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent to which it is required by law for the protection of our legal rights.

Complianz

We use Complianz, a cookie consent management platform, to record and remember your cookie preferences. This tool places a strictly necessary/functional cookie on your device to store your consent choices so that we can comply with applicable privacy laws and avoid asking for your consent repeatedly. Complianz does not track your browsing activity and is not used for advertising or analytics purposes.

Analytics & Visitor Tracking

Google Analytics
The The Whitlock Group website, www.twgins.net, uses Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information as well as details regarding visitor behavior patterns. We use this to learn facts about our website, such as the number of visitors to particular pages, the content they are reading, and where they are spending time on our website. The information collected is always processed in a way that will not identify visitors. Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare to protect this website from bots, security threats, and malicious traffic while allowing legitimate visitors to access our website. Google reCAPTCHA
We use reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. It collects device and usage information and may set cookies. Data may be transferred to the US. By using any forms on this site where reCAPTCHA is enabled, you agree to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
 
Gravity Forms

CRM & Email Marketing

We collect personal information when you register to receive email communication (newsletters, announcements, etc.) from The Whitlock Group as well as when a quote is requested. We use the information collected for multiple reasons, such as to answer questions you have asked us; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional info; to confirm our records are correct; and to check in once in a while to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. We do not, and never will, sell, rent, or trade our email lists with other organizations or businesses.
 
Vertafore AMS360™
We use Vertafore AMS360™ as our customer relationship management tool. This is used to service policies, endorse policies, for billing purposes, to report an monitor claims, and communicate with our clients. As such, we will enter the information needed so that we may use the platfomr as indicated above to communicate with you regarding your insurance policies. Vertafore AMS360™ is a cloud-based system that is protected by the developer, Vertafore. By submitting your contact information to The Whitlock Group, either by form submission, email, written letter, or verbally, you are authorizing that we may add you to Vertafore AMS360™. Campaign Monitor
We use Campaign Monitor to deliver newsletters and other email communication. Through this platform, we gather information regarding email open rates and clicks using industry-standard technologies, which help us monitor and improve our newsletters to help us deliver content you want to read.
